In a nutshell, we want to work with Realtors to negotiate and facilitate all their short sales at no cost to the Realtor or the client in default.? We are the short sale experts.? More importantly, 80% of what we do comes from referrals.

When you (the Realtor) negotiate with the bank, they will usually negotiate your fees down so you would be lucky to get 2%, maybe 3% commissions.?
